2008 NWL Off-Season Wrestling Northwestern Lehigh 08 Off-Season Wrestling The High School and Junior High staff will be present to supervise and teach proper lifting and wrestling techniques.  All experience levels are encouraged to come. (Youth, Junior High, JV and Varsity Wrestlers are ALL encouraged to participate in the off-season workouts.)   Schedule From May 12-June 13 Days Times Lifting/Wresting Mondays 3:15 pm- 5:15 pm Lifting and Wrestling Wednesdays 3:15 pm- 5:15 pm Lifting and Wrestling Fridays 3:15 pm- 4:15 pm Lifting Only **NO Wrestling June 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20** Schedule From June23-August29 Days Times Lifting/Wresting Mondays 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm Lifting and Wrestling Wednesdays 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm Lifting and Wrestling Fridays 5:00 pm- 6:00 pm Lifting Only **There will be a week long NWL Wrestling Camp. The dates are current being worked out**   What will each NWL wrestler do between now and next November to get better?   The challenge put forth by the NWL coaching staff is: 1.  Each wrestler wrestles 30 competitive matches from now until next November and 2. Each wrestler attends summer lifting and wrestling.   While working out in the off-season remember these two sayings: 1. "The harder you work, the "luckier" you will get!" and  2. "Champions are made when nobody is watching!"
